Baseball/Softball midweek recap

π‘†π‘œπ‘’π‘‘β„Ž πΆπ‘Žπ‘Ÿπ‘œπ‘™π‘–π‘›π‘Ž. Last night we wrapped up midweek games for baseball and softball in South Carolina. Here is a recap!
Clemson and South Carolina played for the first time EVER in softball. The Tigers (33-4) beat the Gamecocks (23-18) 6-0 in Columbia. The game was close for a while until Clemson started to pull away late.
Wofford beat the College of Charleston 12-5 Wednesday in their midweek matchup. The terriers dominated all game leading them to victory over CofC.
Erskine softball takes on Emmanuel Thursday in round one of the conference Carolinas softball tournament. Furman softball was shut out at NC State, 9-0. The Dins return home this weekend vs Chattanooga.
Coastal Carolina softball won their double header of Campbell. The Chants walked off in-game one to win 7-6 and dominated the second.
The Gamecocks didn’t play this week as they take on #1 Arkansas tonight and play a DH tomorrow.Β
