According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Vikings have waived 2022 fifth-round pick Esezi Otomewo.

Otomewo was viewed as a project as a defensive end coming out of the University of Minnesota and his playing time reflected that. The Vikings essentially kept him on the roster for a redshirt season and only played him in the final five games of the regular season.

The most surprising move this offseason is that the Vikings do not hold on their 2023 7th Round pick Dwayne McBride After preforming pretty well over the preseason .
