Well, it's official.
The NHL and the Minnesota Wild have announced that the 2021 NHL Winter Classic has been postponed to 2022. Also the NHL All-Star weekend has been cancelled.
I feel like this was a good choice on the NHLs' part and the Minnesota Wild too. I've had a feeling that this was going to happen for awhile now. With many states going into lockdown again and a second wave of COVID-19 most likely coming and will hit rural communities most likely.
I have a feeling that the NHL will have to do the regular season in a bubble when that comes. Hoping that we will have hockey in January, I'm just waiting to see Kirill Kaprizov on the ice.
Tell me what you guys think of the NHL's choice on this.
