1. Jaguars: Trevor Lawrence QB Clemson
Not much of a explanation is needed here. the Jaguars need a QB and Trevor Lawrence is a generational talent.
2. Bengals: Penei Sewell OT Oregon
TRADE ALERT: The Bengals Trade their 2021 1st Round Pick (6th Overall) & 3rd Round Pick and a 2022 2nd Rounder and a 2022 4th Rounder to the Jets for the 2 overall pick.
The Bengals need to protect the franchise and that starts with protecting Joe Burrow's blindside and who better to protect Burrow then the best Tackle in the draft by far.
3. Dolphins: Ja'marr Chase WR LSU
The Dolphins could probably trade down to 6 or 7 and still get Chase. But why chance just get a true number 1 Wide Receiver for Tua to throw to.
4. Falcons: Zach Wilson QB BYU
In 2008 the Falcons selected Matt Ryan with the 3rd overall pick. A dozen years later the BC Quarterback has started to show some decline and a new coach and GM coming in why not let them get their guy. Wilson wouldn't come in as the starter but in 2022 the Falcons could release Ryan and eat $26.525 million and save $15 million. Or more realistically they could cut Ryan in 2023 and only have to eat about $8.6 million in dead cap and save $28 million.
5. Eagles: Micah Parsons LB Penn State
If the Eagles comment to Hurts there no reason to even think about taking a QB in the top 3 rounds. The Eagles are struggling at linebacker and in a Division with guys like Antonio Gibson, Saquon Barkley, Ezekiel Elliott a linebacker is a solid pick here.
6. Jets: Patrick Surtain II CB Alabama
With the Jets falling out of the 1st overall pick. They should trade down from the 2nd pick and fully commit to Darnold and acquire some draft capital to build the team around Darnold. Even though Lamar Jackson and Bryce Hall have played better the past two weeks the Jets need a true lockdown corner and that's what I believe Patrick Surtain can do.
7. Lions: Gregory Rousseau Edge Miami
The Lions are kind of a mess their GM is going to have decide wether to rebuild or try to make a push for the playoffs. personally I think they should build around Stafford and build up the defense and that starts with creating pressure.
8. Giants: Jaylen Waddle WR Alabama
Waddle is a the most in this explosive player. Waddle has great big play ability. Waddle would be the perfect player to jump start the giants offense and a great target for Daniel Jones.
9. Panthers: Caleb Farley CB Virginia Tech
The Panthers lost Josh Norman and James Bradberry in free agency. Even though Troy Pride and Rasul Douglas have played well they don't have a true number one corner that you can trust to follow the opponents best wide receiver. In a division with lots of great wide receivers.
10. Broncos: Kwity Paye Edge Michigan
Paye is a athletic freak that should fit well in Fangio's defense. Because of Paye's athleticism Fangio could move paye around his defense and use him as a hybrid Edge/Linebacker.
11. Colts: Trey Lance QB North Dakota State
TRADE ALERT: The Colts acquire the 11th overall pick in the 2020 draft from the Cowboys in exchange for the 18th overall pick & a 2020 2nd round pick and a 2022 4th round pick from the Colts.
Phillip Rivers is not the franchise QB for the colts and probably won't be back next year and I think the perfect QB for Frank Reich system is Trey Lance. Reich had a lot of success in his time the Eagles with a another QB North Dakota State. Hopefully Lance has a better long term career then Wentz though.
12. Chargers: Samuel Cosmi OT Texas
like the bengals the chargers have to protect the franchise. Cosmi listed at 310 is one of the most athletic Tackles in the draft.
13. Vikings: Rashawn Slater OT Northwestern
Seems like the Vikings always take Offensive Lineman in the early rounds and Slater seems like a Viking. Slater gives the vikings so much flexibility on their Offensive line. Slater can play Tackle, Guard or Center.
14. 49ers: Justin Fields QB Ohio State
In my opinion Jimmy Garoppolo isn't the future of the 49ers and Justin Fields would excel in Kyle Shanahan's run heavy/play action system.
15. Patriots: Mac Jones QB Alabama
The Heisman Candidate would fit in well with the patriots. Plus Belichick and Saban have a close connection wouldn't suprise me if Saban talked Belichick into this pick.
16. Raiders: Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah LB Notre Dame
The Raiders like gritty physical hard nosed players and Owusu-Koramoah is exactly that and Corey Littletown hasn't exactly lived up to what the Raiders paid him to do.
17. Cardinals: Jaycee Horn CB South Carolina
The Cardinals play in a divison with some of the best offenses in the league. The Cardinals still haven't got a player who can secede Patrick Petterson. The Cardinals need more young talent to play alongside Bryon Murphy.
18. Cowboys: Kyle Pitts TE Florida
If the Cowboys sign Dak he will be a lucky man this might be the best recovering core in all of the NFL. Cooper, Gallup, Lamb and Kyle Pitts.
19. Washington Football Team: Kyle Trask QB Florida
Wouldn't surprise me if the Football Team sticks with Alex Smith next year but Kyle Trask could sit behind Smith and learn and take the rains in the 2022 season.
20. Bears: Devonta Smith WR Alabama
I don't know if the Bears will stick with Trubisky or not but whoever their QB is next year they're going to need a target and Smith would be a great target to pair with Darnell Mooney and Anthony Miller. Assuming they don't bring back Allen Robinson.
21. Jaguars: Christian Darrisaw OT Virginia Tech
The Jaguars got a generational talent in Trevor Lawrence. The Jags should learn from the Bengals this season and protect their generational talent.
22. Browns: Eric Stokes CB Georgia
The Browns have a very well rounded roster and adding someone like Stokes next to Ward would be perfect in a division with JuJu Smith-Schuster, Obell Beckham Jr, Jarvis Landry, etc.
23. Dolphins: Joseph Ossai Edge Texas
Brian Flores would love if the fast the edge from Texas fell to him at 23. Ossai would add so much versatility to the Dolphins front-seven.
24. Ravens: Azeez Ojulari Edge Georgia
The Ravens pass rush hasn't been nearly has good as last year and Matthew Judon who is playing under the franchise tag and Yannick Ngakoue is on the final year of his contract. Judon has played nowhere near the way he played last year and I don't see why the Ravens should pay Judon this off-season. Ojulari has also has a higher floor and has move pass rush moves then Judon.
25. Buccaneers: Liam Eichenberg OT Notre Dame
The Buccaneers drafted Wirfs last year and drafting Eichenberg
would give the Bucs two big tackles and the Buccaneers top priority should be protecting their aging QB. Brady isn't getting any younger and the Bucs need to keep the pocket clean.
26. Titans: Jay Tufele IDL USC
The Titans have had an inability to create pressure and Tufele is explosive enough to create a good amount of pressure for an interior defensive lineman. Even though Tufele is good at creating pressure he's even better at stopping the run.
27. Jets: Travis Etienne RB Clemson
It's not 2011 Frank Gore won't be the bell cow back for the Jets and Gore may even retire after this year. If the Jets are going to commit to Darnold they're going to need to take the pressure off of him and have a good rushing attack, the Jets can't have Darnold throwing 40-50 times a game.
28. Bills: Shaun Wade CB Ohio State
While Shaun Wade hasn't played well on the perimeter this year, the Bills need a nickel corner and Shaun Wade excelled last year in the Nickel.
29. Saints: Asante Samuel Jr. Florida State
It’s currently uncertain what the Saints secondary will look like next season as Janoris Jenkins, PJ Williams, Justin Hardee, and Ken Crawley are all set to be free agents, and adding a top tier talent like Samuel could help the team for years.
30. Steelers: Alex Leatherwood OT Alabama
Leatherwood offers the Steelers a lot of position flexibility with experience at Tackle and Guard. This is important considering the Steelers offensive line may look very different next year since Alejandro Villanueva and Matt Feiler are set to hit free agent market.
31. Packers: Rashod Bateman WR Minnesota
Bateman can be a major contributor in an offense with Rodgers at the helm. Rodgers throw 44 Touchdowns to a 2nd Round Pick, a 5th Round Pick and a undrafted free agent. Imagine what he could with Bateman as a 2nd receiver.
32. Chiefs: Nick Bolton LB Missouri
The Chiefs need a true MIKE linebacker and Nick Bolton is your prototypical MIKE linebacker. Nick Bolton is attacking linebacker who has a magnet to the football.
