My top 5 PGs in the NBA(considering everyone's healthy)

As we all know, there are 30 starting PGs in the NBA. In this article, I will explain my top 5 and say why! Please tell me in the comments section what you would change.

#5.

Ben Simmons

Ben Simmons is a player who many consider to be a PF. But with his elite playmaking and scoring ability, he can also run the 1. Ben is a much taller player for his position but he moves just like any other player. This season he averaged 16.4 ppg, 8.0 apg, 7.8 rpg. He also averaged 2.1 steals per game which shows that he is also an elite defender. He is still very young with a lot of room to improve so I bet he will jump on this list in the future.

#4.

Kyrie Irving

This season, Kyrie didn't play too many games but we all know that when he's healthy, he's lethal. In his 20 games, he averaged 27.4 ppg, 6.4 apg, 5.2 rpg. Anyone who knows basketball knows that 27 and 6 are amazing numbers! Kyrie has been an amazing player throughout his career and is living up to being picked number 1.

#3.

Luka Doncic

Luka Doncic is so good, people already have him as their MVP next year! This is crazy considering that he is only 21! This year he averaged 28.8 ppg, 7.3 apg, 8.5 rpg. This is one of the greatest regular season stat lines ever! Not only is he putting up almost 30, but he is also almost averaging a 30 point triple double. As the years go on, he will definitely grow on this list but for now, this is a respectable spot for a second year player.

#2.

Damian Lillard

Some might make the case that Dame Dolla is #1. But, he doesn't have the chips to prove it. This year he averaged 30 ppg, 8 apg, 4.3 rpg. He almost averaged a double double while scoring 30 consistently. He also lead his mediocre team to the playoffs and had an amazing bubble run.

#1.

Stephen Curry

Steph Curry only played 5 games this year so let's take a look at his previous season. Last year he averaged 27.3 ppg, 5.2 apg, 5.3 rpg. These stats might not be amazing but you have to remember that he was sharing the court with 4 other all star caliber players! He also was in the 50, 40, 90 club which only some achieve. If you watch him, you can definitely see more than just the stats and he will also be on your top 5.
