New York Jets Mock Draft

Pick 2

QB: Justin Fields

Ohio State

Moving on from Darnold will be hard but a fresh start is needed in New York with a new head coach coming in. Fields is a Dak Presscot who is more mobile. The only problem with Fields are his interception problem. If he fixes that then Fields will be great.

Pick 23

RG: Wyatt Davis

Ohio State

Davis is a very Powerful guard with lots of upside. Pairing him with Fields Will be great for the locker room due to both of them going to Ohio State.

Pick 34

LB: Joseph Ossai

With 5 Sacks and 2 interceptions Ossian is a very Versatile player. The stud from Texas would be a great fit for the jets because their outside Linebackers are Completely Mediocre.

Jets Trade pick 66, 88, and 130 to Indy for pick 36

Pick 36

TE: Pat Friermuth

Penn State

In his first 2 seasons at Penn State Friermuth racked up 15 touchdowns in Total. The Problem is is that this season he only played 4 game’s only getting 1 Touchdown. Great fit for the jets Because Fields loves to throw to his Tight Ends. He would not want to throw to Chris Herndon a lot.

Pick 98

RB: Jarret Paterson

In 6 games Paterson racked up 19 Touchdowns. The season before he also balled out for 19 Touchdowns but in 13 games. Also Patterson had a 6 touchdown game this season. Possible RB 1 or 2 depending on free agency.

Pick 129

WR: Kadarius Toney

Standing a little Undersize at 5”11 Toney is a possible #4 Receiver Depending on Training Camp. Toney had a very good season with 984 Receiving Yards and 10 Touchdowns. Toney was a key part in Floridas Explosive Offense.

Pick 216

K: Riley Patterson

With the jets needing a kicker Patterson is a great Option. patterson hit a game winner vs Houston from 46 yards. His leg is a hammer with his long from 56 yards 4th in the Nation
