The Best and Worst Case Scenario for the Wild

With the NHL season fast approaching, teams have started training camps today (January 4). The Wild just named the teams' history, Jared Spurgeon. The Wild have new faces coming in, this article will be about what could be in store for the Wild in my opinion and the best and worst case scenario for the Wild in the 2020-21 season.

1st of all new faces coming in are Kirill Kaprizov, Nick Bonino, Cam Talbot, and Marcus Johansson. Kirill Kaprizov is the one player that us Wild fans have had on our radar since 2015 when he was drafted by the Wild, and hoping this season goes well for the young forward.

The best case scenario:

The Wild have a great season under new head coach Dean Evason and new captain Jared Spurgeon, young forward and up-and-coming star Kirill Kaprizov. We win plenty of games, enough to get a top spot in the Western Division and get into the playoffs and make it deep into the playoffs to get a banner hanging in the rafters or a few, who knows, the only way we will be able to do this is to have good defense and good goaltending. That is why the Wild signed Cam Talbot. Kaprizov will most likely start on a bottom line and earn his way to a top spot.

The Worst Case Scenario:

Kaprizov turns out to be a bust and Talbot isn't as good a goalie that Guerin thought he was and we lose more games than we want and Guerin gets fired and we get a new general manager. Kaprizov stays on a bottom line and doesn't get many points.

That is my article, it is the first in a long time so hope you enjoy, tell me what you think in the comments down below.
