Up next in our series we have the top 10 power forwards 2020! No need for a large introduction so let's go! I hope you enjoy!!
Starting off the list at number 10 I have Danilo Gallanari. Gallanari is a walking bucket. Someone that can give you 20 points a night. He is on a great thunder team and is a large contributor to the team being one of the league's best shooting big man. The spacing he provides is great and I think heir are great things that have yet to come from Gallanari. Danilo Gallanari is averaging 19.2 pts, 2.1 ast, and 5.5 reb.
At number 9 I have Robert Covington. I'm just gonna say it. I believe Robert Covington is THE most underrated player in the league. People do not give Robert Covington enough credit for his game! I would feel comfortable with Robert Covington guarding anyone in the league. Seriously he is that good. Covington is a great 3 and D player and will be a key player for the rockets. Maybe even the 3rd option. Robert Covington is averaging 12.8 pts, 1.2 ast, and 6.4 reb.
At number 8 I have Draymond Green. Draymond had a kinda disappointing year but I know the exact reason why. He was expected to be in more of a leadership role and that just isn't where his strengths lie. He isn't meant to be a leader but rather a great 3rd or 4th option that can hustle and do the dirty work. So I can understand why he had a disappointing year but that doesn't take away from much for me. He is still a great 2 way player and overall great player. He has been called overrated in recent years but I don't with those claims personally. Draymond Green is averaging 8.0 pts, 6.2 ast, and 6.2 reb.
At number 7 I have Al Horford. Al Horford has had a good with the sixers and that's reat to see. He is a key player on a good team and I think Al Horofrd is just that guy. No matter what role he is in he is a valuable and that's a great trait to have. Their isn't much to say about Horford other than he is just a great all around power forward. Al Horford is averaging 12.0 pts, 4.1 ast, and 6.9 reb.
At number 6 I have Domantas Sabonis. A first time all star this year Sabonis had a breakout year with the pacers and has been amazing. He is a great young player and I think he has a lot of potential. In my personal opinion I'm not sure if he should have made the all star team but there's nothing we can do about that now. Sabonis is a great all around power forward that can do just about anything on the floor. Once the NBA returns and Oladipo is back playing at a great level I think he play in more of a second or third option role but I think he will still be great. Domantas Sabonis is averaging 18.5 pts, 5.0 ast, and 12.5 reb.
At number 5 I have Kristaps Porzingis. Porzingis is the second option on the dallas mavericks behind Luka Doncic and I think that duo is incredible. Luka and Porzingis have no limits as to where they can go as a duo. Kristaps himself is a great 2 way player while being one f the best shooting big men in the league at 7"3!! There is a reason they call him "The Unicorn". Kristaps Porzingis is averaging 19.2 pts, 1.7 ast, and 9.5 reb.
At number 4 I have Jayson Tatum. Tatum has been incredible with the Celtics this year especially after the all star break. I think Tatum has loads of potential. I'm talking MVP potential. He is arguably the best player from his draft class and the duo of him Jaylen Brown has the potential to be the best duo in the NBA. They compliment eachother perfectly and it works out well. Jayson Tatum is averaging 23.6 pts, 2.9 ast, and 7.1 reb.
At number 3 I have Pascal Siakam. Siakam won most improved player last year ad yet he even had a breakout season this year as well. That is just amazing. Siakam is one of the best 2 way players in the league while being the best player on the 2nd seed in the east. Siakam like others on this list has lots of potential to be incredible. This is just the beginning for Spicy P! Pascal Siakam is averaging 23.6 pts, 3.6 ast, and 7.5 reb.
At number 2 I have Anthony Davis. Davis is my pick for the DPOY this year and he truly deserves it. He has been the defensive anchor for the best team in the west and he is thriving in his second option role under LeBron. This is going to be a tough duo for anyone to beat although I do have the clippers making the finals this year. Davis is arguably a top 5 player in the league if anything like 5 or 6. Anthony Davis is averaging 26.7 pts, 3.1 ast, and 9.4 reb.
At number I have Giannis Antetokounmpo. Giannis is the favorite to win MVP this year as well as a top 3 candidate for DPOY and the best player on the best team in the league. Is anyone really surprised? Giannis has the most potential out of anyone on this list and he is on his way to winning multiple MVP's. Also, Giannis will likely win a couple rings in the next few years. Giannis Anteokounmpo is averaging 29.6 pts, 5.8 ast, and 13.7 reb.
